Aerial Hammock Stretching and Floor Flexibility

This is a course designed especially for those who work hard and feel stiff and tight. The objective is to become more mobile and flexible as a lifetime practice. This class will begin in an aerial hammock. The class will gently provide traction on the vertebral column. It will work specifically on parts of the body that cause chronic issues such as the iliopsoas, piriformis, pec minors, trapezius, adductors, hamstrings, and more. We will use the hammocks to provide a natural and uplifting pull to support bones, muscles, and joints. We will then take it to the floor in a systematic and comprehensive traditional stretching trajectory such as butterfly stretch, IT band stretch, and some yoga moves.

Hot Pilates

Pilates is a functional fitness system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility, improving positive outlook on the body function, and helping to prevent injury.  It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind.  A beginner class generally consists of exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body, a strong core and a fully functional body.
Now we heat things up!  95-105 degrees with a 40% humidity to be specific.  This is something unlike anything you’ve experienced thus far.  Benefits include: an obvious detox, increased muscle flexibility, clear focus, breathing and a good sweaty workout without a body beat down.

Trampoline Cardio

Trampoline Cardio is a very enjoyable low impact way to get your heart rate up, get sweaty, and play with physics. In this class, you will change quickly between aerobic and anaerobic exercises. We will do cardio bursts and take breaks to do some traditional non-weighted squats, push-ups, and lunges to build strong muscles with our cardiovascular training.
