Those wishing to receive a scholarship need to complete the one page application found above. UFM staff will review the application and determine eligibility and availability of scholarship funds. If awarded, the amount of the scholarship will be applied to the class fee.
Scholarships will cover up to 50% of the activity fee or a maximum of $100 per student, as long as funds are available. Lesser amounts may be given as funds diminish. Income eligibility is determined using WIC guidelines or 185% of the federal poverty level.
Return scholarship applications to UFM Community Learning Center, 1221 Thurston St., Manhattan, KS 66502, or email application to email@example.com. See links above for scholarship application and income guidelines.
